GENERAL QUESTIONS

A: HalalOnClick (or HOC) is an independent food runner company that aims to deliver your favourite local cuisines from hawker stalls and restaurants right to your doorstep when you need it.

A: As working people, we understand the need to have more time - for your loved ones and yourself. So, why spend time worrying about what, when or how to cook when your solution is simply a few clicks away?

A: At present, we deliver to West, North & Eastern areas.

A: The delivery & service fee for online order within coffeeshop/hawker centre boundary is only $5. For delivery below minimum purchase of $12, there is an additional $3 surcharge. For delivery outside coffeeshop/hawker centre boundary, there is an additional surcharge.( Additional $4 or $7 to current delivery charge 0f $5 ) For Jurong and Tuas Industrial areas, delivery charge is subject to distance, ranging from $9 (e.g International Road) to $25 (e.g. Tuas South).

A: 3 things will happen: Our service operators will 1) Process your order; 2) Email you an e-invoice to confirm your orders; and 3) Send an SMS to notify you of the estimated delivery time.

A: We strongly urge our customers to ensure that orders are confirmed before making them online. We seek your kind understanding that as soon as orders are made, within 5 mins our stall vendors will start preparing your food and your orders cannot be cancelled nor changed.

A: Yes. Please be assured that all participating stalls are licensed to ensure good personal and food hygiene. Food items will be carefully prepared and packed in plastic sealed containers by stall vendors who are certified in food handling. Our HOC Team will ensure that bottled drinks stored at low temperatures in refrigerators do not exceed their expiry dates and will take deliberate measures in checking the food qualities before we deliver.

A. Yes, you can with your Paypal account! There will be a administrative charge of $2 (flat fee)

A: Approximately 30 minutes to 1 hour, subject to delivery location, weather condition, traffic condition, order volume, and availability of the food. For large orders, we strongly encourage our customers to order at least 1 day in advance so we are able to plan and ensure timely deliveries.
